The on-line form for ordering Roger Seiler's GGC monograph is temporarily not available. However, you can place your order by phone to Leadership Software Corp. in Nyack, New York. Just phone 1-914-358-0406 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
Or if you prefer, you can fax your order to 1-914-358-0359. If faxing, be sure to include your name, postal address and phone number. Also include your credit card number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the card.
The price is $24.95 (USA dollars) plus shipping and handling of $4.50 to the USA, Canada and Mexico, or $9.50 to other countries. If shipped to New York State, sales tax will be added. The charge will appear on your credit card statement under the name of Vantage Communications Inc., our fulfillment company.
Shipment is by Priority Mail.
