The following is help text that is used by the ProtPlus.prg dialog boxes, which you can incorporate in your own help text

Demo Mode   (Help id 1099)

After initially being loaded onto your computer, this application operates in preregistration Demo Mode. In this mode, it is fully functional (with a couple of minor exceptions) but is limited to 10 executions of the program (or 30 days). If you have purchased the program (or wish to), then before the executions limit is reached, phone our Customer Service Department at 1-212-123-4567 to register your program and receive an unlocking code that is specific to your computer.  Assistance is available at this number between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern time.

Also, if you you are evaluating the program and need an extension of the Demo limit, a code can also be given to you over the phone for that purpose.


Network Dimensions  (Help id 7018)

This screen shows the concurrent users limit licensed to this installation of the program, and the number of users currently online. It also provides a method for changing the number of concurrent users allowed.  To do this, the "number to give customer service" is reported by phone to Leadership Software customer service, and if authorized, they will give a corresponding unlock number to enter in the space provided. Then click <Okay> and the new concurrent users limit should be displayed.

The <Reset> button is used to clear the excess in the number of users online if that number is in error. This may occur due to an abnormal exit from the program where the number of users online was not automatically decremented, as it would normally. This button will only function and reset to 1 user online if in fact that is the case.


Unlock Code  (Help id 7020)

To purchase an unlock code for this application, either phone or email our Customer Service Department with the two registration codes A & B.  If emailing, then be sure to include your name (or the name under which the software was acquired) and phone number so that we can locate your account.  After processing the payment, we will then phone or email you with the unlock code that will be specific to your computer.
